Queens, New York.An urgent inquiry has been launched into a distressing incident of animal cruelty in South Ozone Park after a man was observed burning a dog early on Thursday morning.
According to the authorities, the man was seen dragging what looked to be a motionless dog at approximately 4:45 a.m. near 128th Street and 116th Avenue. According to PIX11 News, surveillance footage purportedly showed the man pouring an accelerant on the animal before setting it on fire.
